2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to consider the

representation dated 20.01.2022 given to the respondents seeking

regularisation of his services in pursuant to the recommendation made by the Hon'ble Justice V.Kalid's Committee.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was worked as Casual Labour in Boiler Maintenance Division from 1988 to 1991 at the second respondent's office. But the petitioner's job was not regularised so far. The petitioner has approached the respondents and made request to regularise his service in pursuant to the recommendation made by the Hon'ble Justice V.Kalid's Committee. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5 . In the light of the above observations, this writ petition is

disposed of and the first respondent herein is directed to consider the

petitioner's representation dated on 20.01.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
