Challenge in the writ petition is to the notice affixed by the 1 st respondent

on the main doors of Jai Sriram Poly Clinic at Sankarankoil main Road, Uthumalai, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the

entire materials available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, the petitioner had been benefitted with the certificate of registration bearing No.TNVLALL20210025470 on 24.03.2021 by the first respondent. The impugned notice had also been removed pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court. Since the certificate of registration had been granted, there will be no impediment for the petitioner to run his polyclinic till the validity of such certificate. Hence, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
