PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings issued by the 5th respondent, dated 21.12.2023 bearing Na.Ka.No.130/2023 and quash the same and direct the respondents to pay the incentive increment continuously for the petitioner's M.Phil. obtained from the 6th respondent University and consequently direct the 5th respondent send petitioner's pension proposal within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
