for electricity service connection to the second respondent and after accepting the same, the second respondent has prepared the estimation and at that time, objections were raised by some 60 villagers including the third respondent and that though the second respondent has directed the writ petitioner to come and rectify the defects pointed out, he has not turned up and hence, the impugned order came to be passed rejecting the writ petitioner's application. Aggrieved by the rejection, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the second respondent within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested parties and consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
