2 . Heard Mr.A.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 5 and 6.

3. Earlier, the very same dispute has been arisen in W.P. (MD).No.12054 of 2023, wherein it has been observed that a compromise arrived at between the two parties of village people and through which they agreed not to offer flowers individually in respect of Arulmigu Alagiya Meenal Temple flower showering function. But the grievance of the petitioner is that the contribution is not received by the respondents 7 and 8.

4 . In such case, the respondents 1 to 4 shall conduct a Peace Committee Meeting if required and prevail upon the villagers not to cause any further issues in the temple festival and to conduct the same smoothly by accepting the contributions from all the villagers without any discrimination.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of .
