It has been stated that the patta No.413 in respect of Survey Nos.119/9A and 119/13 stood in the name of her father's brother's children, namely, Dhandapani and Shanmugan. Her request is that she should be granted patta in respect of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.119/9B and 119/12. Despite the above, the second respondent by the impugned order has issued patta in the name of Paramasivam in respect of Survey Nos. 119/9A and 119/13 and not in respect of Survey Nos.119/9B and 119/12 as requested by the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is remitted back and the first respondent shall restore the patta as requested by the third

respondent in her statement which has been highlighted above. The said exercise shall completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
