However, the 2nd respondent passed the impugned order dated 07.02.2024 and the Devendra Kula Velalar community was allotted to have the Mandagapadi on 17.05.2024 and subsequently, the 2nd respondent has also allotted the other community to have the Mandagapadi on the same day evening.
