Clause with regard to regularization and fixation of Pay Scale applicable to the Junior Clerk / Junior Assistant instead of the Lecturer in the Respondents Institution of Co-operative Management, alone is concerned and consequential Impugned Pay Fixation Order of the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceeding in R.C.No. 2683/ 2018/C, dated 28.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 to fix the Petitioners Time Scale of Pay applicable to the post of Lecturer of Institution of Co-operative Management as per the proceedings of the first respondent in Rc.No.92088/2008/SF3, dated 21.08.2008 with effect from 21.08.2008 with all attendant and monetary benefits within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
