This writ petition has been filed for direction to t he
respondents to assess, determine and pay the compensation to petitioner's lands in SF.No.434/1,2,4, 433/3,4,6,7,8 of Sigaralahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk in compliance with undertaking given in the proceedings dated 13.05.2020 and 04.08.2020 made by of third respondent in Na.Ka.No.20/2020/A1.
insofar as the trees and crops are concerned, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs.1,74,995/- as compensation. Insofar as the land is concerned,

the compensation was also fixed at Rs.88,049/- and the petitioner was directed to produce all revenue documents by the communication dated 19.04.2021. However, even till today, the petitioner did not appear and failed to produce any revenue documents.
