This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein to
consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2022 requesting to rectify the mistakes committed during UDR re-survey and restore the name of the petitioner's father Appasamy in the revenue records such as A register, patta, chitta etc., with respect to the lands comprised in S.Nos.59/1, 59/2, 59/3A and 59/3B, Kilravanthavadi Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2022 as per the G.O.Ms.No.385, Revenue Department dated 17.08.2004. and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 9 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
