petition is filed since no order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer after

3 . After notice in the Writ Petition, the Learned Counsel for the 2 nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed order on 07.06.2024. The Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to serve copy to the petitioner and get acknowledgement on receipt of it. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4 . With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
