PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3^rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 1.10.2020 and to conduct enquiry and order to transfer of patta and other revenue records in respect of the property, being agricultural punja lands, comprised in Survey No.65/1B,Measuring an extent of 0.37.0 hectare (Acre 0.91 cents ) survey No.65/3B,Measuring an extent of 0.35.0 hectare (Acre 0.87 cents ) and survey No. 66/1, measuring an extent of 0.13.5 hectare (Acre 0.33 cents), situated at No.226. Rettambedu village, Gummidipoondi Taluk , Tiruvallur District in the name of the petitioner

The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, submitted that the representations of the petitioners have been considered and order has been passed on 06.03.2024 cancelling the patta issued in respect of various persons including the private respondents and the subject property has been classified as “Government Poramboke Punjai Tharisu”.

These writ petitions are filed seeking direction to respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners seeking issue of patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of the subject land situated in Survey Nos.64/1, 64/2, 64/3B, 64/4, 65/1B, 65/2B, 65/3B, 65/4B, 65/5B, 66/1, 66/3B, 66/4 and 66/5. Now, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 produced the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur classifying the subject property as a “Government Poramboke Punjai Tharisu” after considering the representations of the petitioners. In view of the fact that petitioners' representations have already been considered and order has been passed by the 2^nd respondent as early as
