Mr.P.Muthamizhselvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has written instructions to state that the petitioner has obtained a Transfer Certificate from R3 College pending this writ petition. Hence, the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition any further. An endorsement is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to this effect, recording which, this writ petition and connected miscellaneous petition are dismissed as withdrawn.
2.In fact, on 25.06.2024, the petitioner has written a letter to the 1st and 2nd respondents communicating the intimation that the petitioner is withdrawing this writ petition.
