This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2022 and consequently, to direct the first respondent to rectify the marks statement cum certificate of the petitioner issued by the 1^st respondent as per its press release dated 22.07.2022 passed in No.CBSE/CE/Results-XII/2022.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, w ithout expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 22.09.2022 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
