This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the charge memo issued in Na.Ka.No.1092/2019/Vool, dated 20.01.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2 . When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
