This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to regularise the services of the petitioner and bring her under time scale of pay with all service benefits, back wages including pensionary benefits from the date of appointment i.e., 17.08.2015 to till date.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
