The above writ petition has been filed questioning the

transfer made by the second respondent and to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to continue her work as Hospital Worker, in Government Hospital, Mettupalayam.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she is due to retire within a period of two months viz., on 30^th September 2024.

Considering the above, the petitioner shall not be transferred from the said post, in which, she is now working as

Hospital Worker, till the date of her retirement.
