ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari,
calling for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in
her proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.Aa2/1923/2017, dated 23.01.2018 signed
on 13.03.2018 and quash the same.
Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for
the Respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for

to produce the original "A" Register / Settlement Register / Inam Register
and Settlement Land Register (SLR), Re-Survey Settlement Register

(RSLR) and Revenue Records prior to and subsequent to the Updating
Registry Scheme (UDR) in respect of the subject properties and the same were produced today.
in survey No.142/20 is not shown as a common pathway or road. During
UDR scheme, it was shown as Road and the petitioner has also got access
through the same. Thereafter the said error was rectified by reclassification
and now it clearly shows that it is not a pathway and the same belongs to the 4th Respondent. Further it shows that it is a Natham land which cannot be classified as a road. After conducting proper enquiry and field inspection only, the 1st respondent has passed the impugned order. Hence
the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for in this Writ petition.
