Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of our representation dated 27.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 29.04.2023 respectively, and further direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to adhere to the Bank's Board approved transfer policy issued from time to time and also the Government of India guidelines dated 08.08.2014 and 13.01.2015, while effecting transfers of officers in the respondent/Bank.
