Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to constitute a peace committee in Rangappanoor Village, Sangarapuram Taluk to authorize the leadership of “Naatu Gounder Pedigree” for conducting Arulmigu Sri Subramanyar Thirukovil Temple Celebrations on the basis of the representations dated 26.02.2022 and 05.03.2022 and further directing the respondents to pass orders that the Temple celebrations in the Village of Rangappanoor be kept in abeyance till the peace committee.

the petitioner.

If the fourth and fifth respondents conduct any Peace Committee Meeting between one community people, it will effect the other community people to celebrate the festival in the said Temple. Therefore, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits.
