This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings
of the second respondent dated 05.02.2021, thereby directed to conduct re-election as per the provision of Model Election Guidelines prescribed in National Sports Development Code of India 2011, in the School Games Federation of India.

the same was also not accepted. Thereafter, another election was conducted on 17.01.2023 and all the officer bearers were duly elected. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.
