ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing
Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the 3 rd respondent's Letter No.J.E./Rural/Po/File Complaint
petition/A.No.262/17-18 dated 01.03.2018 rejecting the petitioner's objection and stating that they are going to give new electricity connection to the 4 th respondent from the electricity post connection No.526 situated in the petitioner's agriculture land, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, new electricity service connection was effected in favour of the 4 th respondent and now, the 4 th respondent is
paying the electricity charges to the official respondents/Electricity

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
