10.02.2017 through online 'e-seva portal' which is developed by the Government of Tamilnadu. While uploading the application, the petitioner's father annexed the income certificate, native certificate, marriage invitation, voter identity, ration card, etc along with necessary receipts obtained from various authorities. After uploading of the documents which are required to claim stipend, the petitioner's father was issued acknowledgment. However, without any reason, the application submitted by the petitioner's father was rejected.
