This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus

directing the respondents to act on the representation dated 15.11.2023 and

disburse the statutory payments as per Act No.30 of 2013 in respect of acquisition of petitioner's land situate at S.No.92/1B, Aayakulathur

Village, Sriperambudhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would

suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's

representation dated 15.11.2023 within the time as may be fixed by this

Court.

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the
