ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus
directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition bearing Na.Ka.No.2112/2018/A1 dated 08.10.2018, within a time frame as may be
fixed by this Court .
Court had directed the official respondents to file status report with regard to the subject matter revision petition dated 08.10.2018 filed by the petitioner, on or before 07.03.2024 and the matter was ordered to be listed
on 08.03.2024.

petitioner, on 07.03.2024 itself and he also produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.22183/2018/M4 dated 07.03.2024 which shows that pending this Writ Petition and after the direction of this Court dated
04.03.2024, the 1st respondent has passed the order in the revision petition
dated 08.10.2018, filed by the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition has
become infructuous.
