This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking to include the petitioner's name in the seniority panel dated 19.01.2024 to the post of Assistant.

India in promotion matters, all the Government Departments prepared the seniority list on the basis of merit. While being so, the first respondent issued proceedings dated 05.07.2023, thereby revised the seniority list of the panel and her seniority was fixed at 650, though the petitioner's name was not included in the place higher than her juniors.
respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
