Learned counsel for petitioner states that, in view of the appeal filed by the petitioner, being W.A.No. SR 123749 of 2024, this petition can be disposed of.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. All rights and contentions of the petitioner are kept open to be raised in the appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.5427 and 5443 of 2024 are closed. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, no further order needs to be passed in W.M.P.No.25388 of 2024 filed to implead the Director General of Shipping, Mumbai, as fourth respondent, and the same is closed.
