that though the petitioner had relinquished the promotion then, he was now prepared to take up the promotion and therefore the petitioner should be considered for promotion as per the aforesaid proceedings.
the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent are recorded. I find no infirmity in the impugned order dated 04.11.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and hence the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
