This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first

respondent / District Collector, Erode to take action against the fifth respondent/President of Kongarpalayam Panchayath under Section 205 of

the Tamil Nadu Village Panchayath Act, 1994 by considering the

representation dated 06.07.2023.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first

respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth

respondent on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and to conduct
