Heard Mr.T.Prabhu Arasu, learned counsel appearing for Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for Mr.J.D.Srikanth Varma, learned counsel for the fourteenth respondent.
It is submitted by Mr.T.Prabhu Arasu, learned counsel that he had appeared in the matter for Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, his name is not mentioned in the order dated 09.02.2024.
Learned counsel appearing for the fourteenth respondent submits that his name has been wrongly recorded as “Mr.T.Ramesh for M/s.J.D.Srikanth Varma” instead of “Mr.V.Ramesh for M/s.J.D.Srikanth Varma”.
In the light of that, registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the order made in W.P.No.4063 of 2022 dated 09.02.2024.
