Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent passed in the impugned order in R.C.No.20402/J5/2021 dated 11.10.2021, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the members of the petitioner society to use modified purse seine nets of mesh size of 100-108mm, height of 403 and length of 500 m being used for fishing for 5km to 12 km stretch from the sea shore.
