Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders in 1. Letter Ref. No.Lr.No.A/1159/08 dated 2.3.2009 of the 3rd respondent and 2. Rc.No.80143/10/CM2 dated 21.1.2011 of the 1st respondent quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to implement the Award passed by the 3rd respondent in Pro.No.Ka.No.E/960/2002 dated 30.9.2002 and grant consequential service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.
