The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1^st respondent to pass orders on the representation submitted by him dated 29.08.2024 making certain allegations against the affairs of the 3^rd respondent society.

It is the case of the petitioner that 3^rd respondent society was registered under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Registration of Society Act and Rules. The petitioner submitted a representation on 29.08.2024 making certain allegations against the administration of the 3^rd respondent society. It is the specific grievance of the petitioner that the affairs of the society is not carried on in accordance with by-laws and provisions of Societies Act. However, it not clear whether the petitioner is a member of the society to maintain a complaint against the competent authority to enquire into the affairs of the society. The representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.

without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the 1^st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No
