ORDER
The petitioner herein has filed this Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent released in the official website on 11.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Geography) on par with juniors based on the marks secured by the petitioner in the examination held on 27.05.2012 including seniority, placement and other service benefits, as per the rank secured by the petitioner in the mark list, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
Kumbakonam, submits that he has completed bachelor degree in Geography and M.Sc.,Applied Geography in April 2000. He has also completed B.Ed., degree in December 2011.
