The petitioner seeks for a direction to dispose of his representation dated 19.10.2012.

The petitioner submits that he has sent a representation dated 19.10.2012 to the respondents to reinstate him in service with all back wages and it is still pending.

Heard Dr.G.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader (Revenue) for the respondents.

It appears that the petitioner sent representation long before, and it has been kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
