Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings dated 06.01.2020 in Na.Ka.En.C1/6226/2018 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to forthwith publish a fresh seniority list with effect from 22.10.2008 by including the petitioner's name and to promote him as Assistant Executive Engineer in Tirupur Corporation with all attendant benefits with effect from 22.10.2008, the date on which the petitioner was merged with the second respondent corporation and re-designated as Assistant Engineer.
