ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd
respondent to pay a sum of Rs.45 Crores as compensation for the monetary loss incurred by the petitioner, as well as for the untold pain, mental agony and also physical suffering endured by the petitioner due to numerous illegal orders issued against him.
2.This Court has expressed a doubt about the maintainability of the writ
petition wherein a claim for payment of compensation of Rs.45Crores is made. In view of the same, the Party-in-person, who is present before this
