Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.129/2014/A1 dated 15.12.2015 of the respondent, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondent to forthwith regularize the period between 14.01.2015 to 21.08.2015 as compulsory wait and to treat the same as duty for all purposes with appropriate revision and re-fixation in the pay benefits and other consequential benefits thereto.
