PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.No.18292/e1/2019 dated 28.11.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner on the basis of ranking awarded by Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board of the year 2006 and consequently, promote the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant and post him in any one of the high schools in his native place Salem and pass further orders.
