We have heard Ms.R.Divyapreathika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
that the encroachments were identified and even the Inspector of Police, Hosur, has been addressed to provide protection on the date of eviction of encroachment by the 4th respondent. The learned Government Advocate submits that within a period of three months, the encroachment will be removed.

In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order
as to costs.
