Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Letter No.32559/Ni.Va.1(1)/2016-2 dated 04.04.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of High School Headmaster by including his name in the appropriate panel on par with BT Assistant with all consequential and other service benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
