This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent herein to accord priority to the petitioner herein in connection with the Employment Exchange Card bearing Registration No.2004F00001440 dated 07.06.2004, as certified by the 2nd respondent herein in his certificate bearing Na.Ka.A.No.572/09 dated 19.05.2010.
became entitled to priority in the employment exchange by virtue of the Provision G.O.Ms.No.188 (P&AR) dated 28.12.1986, since the lands of the petitioner has been acquired by the Government for certain public purposes. Subsequently, the second respondent issued a certificate bearing Na.Ka.A.No.572/09 dated 19.05.2010 stating that the petitioner is entitled to priority for employment and the same has been registered before the first respondent with employment exchange vide Registration No.2004F00001440 dated 07.06.2004. Accordingly, the petitioner has made application to the first respondent on 24.06.2010 bringing to his notice that she is entitled to

priority and also enclosed a copy of the second respondent certificate. However, till date, no action has been taken by the first respondent. Hence, this writ petition.
