PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records in pursuant to the proceedings in Se.Mu.B.No.M(M) B9(1)/1490/2024 dated 15.07.2024 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, arbitrary, unconstitutional and further direct the respondents to not to shift the TASMAC wine shop No.8946 situated in the petitioner property at No.566 S.No.454/1C, Pattabiram, Chennai-600 072.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the first respondent whereby the TASMAC retail vending shop bearing No.8946 was proposed to be shifted inasmuch as there are atleast four similar shops operating / functioning in the locality and also in view of the fact that representations were made by the worshippers of the nearby temple.
