Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned list of register number of candidates selected provisionally for appointment by direct recruitment to the posts Senior Technical Assistant and Junior Technical Assistant in Department of Handlooms and Textiles in the Tamil Nadu Handlooms and Textiles Subordinate Service, 2013-2019 issued by the first respondent vide his proceedings Nil dated 16.12.2020 (Published in the official website of the TNPSC on 16.12.2020) and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the inclusion of the name of the 5^th respondent is concerned and consequently, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Senior Technical Assistant under MBC(W) category taking into consideration of the marks secured by the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 5^th respondent submitted that the petitioner has failed to submit her Experience Certificate and hence, the 5^th respondent herein was appointed as Senior Technical Assistant and joined in the Service in the year 2021 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
