We have heard Mr.D.Shanmugam, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 3, Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned counsel for the

respondents 2 and 4, Mr.P.Vinodh Kumar, learned counsel for the fifth respondent, Mr.Ashwin Prasanna Agilesh, learned counsel for the sixth respondent and Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents 7 and 8.

The petitioner seeks a direction against the educational institution not to let out the educational campus to the sixth respondent for conducting political/commercial conference on 31.01.2020.

The relief prayed for does not survive. In the light of that, the issue would now be academic. The issue raised in the petition can be considered in appropriate writ petition. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
