Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, d irects the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month therefrom.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
