This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to comply

the first respondent proceeding dated 20.07.2023 pursuant to Order of this Court dated 04.02.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been inherited by the petitioner as per the share allotted to her husband by way kurchit dated 23.11.1987. On 18.09.2014, the National Highways has issued a notification for acquiring lands for the purpose of outer ring road. While so, the second respondent issued patta in favour of the one Neelavathi and she filed LAOP claiming 50% compensation for the property acquired by the National Highways. Therefore, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.20079 of 2021 to cancel the patta issued to the said Neelavathi and restore the joint patta issued to the petitioner. As per the Order of this Court, the first respondent directed the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. But the second respondent has not complied the Order of the first respondent. Hence, the

present Writ Petition.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the first respondent has directed the second respondent to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner, such Order has not been complied by the second respondent. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to implement the Order passed by the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
