This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to conduct survey the land in Survey No.50/2A3 of Papparapatti Village, Salem South Taluk, Salem District.

The petitioner submitted an application on 27.02.2024 with a request

for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land
