When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner died and sought time to bring the legal heirs on record. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted after two weeks. Thereafter, when the matter was called on 21.02.2024, again, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for further time to take steps and thus, the matter was adjourned to 06.03.2024.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation on

the side of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner has

also not taken any steps to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner.
