When the matter was taken up today, t he learned counsel for the
second respondent submitted that the petitioner's Union represents the workmen has filed this writ petition challenging the transfer orders issued by the second respondent have either retired from service or went on voluntarily retirement or died.
2 . Since the relief sought by making the allegations that the transfer orders issued to the workmen are illegal, the writ petition itself becomes infructuous.
3 . In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous . No costs.
